About This Role
- Lead all phases of performance testing lifecycle for complex enterprise-scale applications using Micro Focus / OpenText LoadRunner.
- Design and execute various performance tests (Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, Volume) and develop advanced scripts with LoadRunner VuGen.
- Analyze test results including bottleneck identification across application, database, middleware, and infrastructure; provide detailed reports and go/no-go recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience with 5-6 years specifically in Performance / Non-Functional Testing.
- Strong hands-on expertise with LoadRunner components: VuGen, Controller, Analysis.
- Experience with Web/HTTP, REST, SOAP testing and scripting skills in C and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JVM concepts, garbage collection, databases (SQL), Linux/Unix commands, networking, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced senior individual contributor capable of independently leading end-to-end performance testing in enterprise environments.
- Skilled at collaborating with development, infrastructure, DevOps teams and mentoring junior testers.
- Familiarity with performance engineering, APM tools (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/New Relic), CI/CD pipelines, and domain experience in BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, or Telecom enhances fit.
