About This Role
- Lead and develop an India-based team of Business Integration Support Analysts supporting global Alpha implementations, focusing on capability building and delivery discipline.
- Own quality and methodology for Business Integration activities including implementation planning, readiness, production parallel, cutover, command centre support, and hypercare across multiple programs.
- Provide reliable management reporting and coordinate effectively with global teams to ensure consistent delivery and high-quality outcomes during complex financial services implementations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services implementations, preferably asset management, investment operations, middle office, custody, or front-to-back transformation.
- Demonstrated experience managing and coaching analysts or delivery teams, including work allocation and quality oversight.
- Strong project management, onboarding, business analysis or implementation experience within complex multi-workstream programs.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred; relevant project management, business analysis, or financial-services certifications beneficial.
