About This Role
- Manage and configure Zscaler security services including ZIA and ZPA to enforce access policies and secure network access.
- Serve as primary point of contact for Zscaler operations, troubleshooting, and incident monitoring.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to optimize Zscaler platform and maintain related configurations and policies such as URL filtering, SSL inspection, and access controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in network support, configuration, and implementation.
- 6+ years experience with core switching, routing, MPLS, and firewalls.
- Experience with networking and security architecture support across local, regional, and global domains.
- Work Experience Required: At least 6+ years as specified in the description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex network security environments involving Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).
- Comfortable handling multi-domain (local, regional, global) network and security architecture.
- Capable of independently executing multiple IT projects and deadlines within secure and large-scale network settings.
