About This Role
- Own design and delivery of complex software components using C#, .Net Core Web API, Angular/React and Python, with a focus on API, data models, and algorithm design.
- Lead and mentor team engineers through code reviews, design sessions, and refactoring to reduce technical debt in alignment with sprint goals.
- Drive automation in testing, build, deployment, and manual process replacement; collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and develop platform roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
- Proficient in C#, .Net Core Web API, Angular/React, Python; experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience in DevOps practices in cloud native environments (Azure preferred).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer capable of handling backend (APIs, data models) and frontend (Angular/React) with automation and AI/ML integration.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and product management principles including roadmap prioritization and cross-team collaboration.
- Comfortable working with large-scale, complex software platform architecture in healthcare domain and cloud native environments.
