About This Role
- Develop and integrate wireless features across access points, controllers, and management layers using C/C++ and Python.
- Design, execute test plans, and develop automation for feature validation in lab environments.
- Analyze and debug system behavior by inspecting logs, packet traces, and reproduce issues to validate fixes across wireless stack components.
Minimum Requirements
- MS degree with 0-2 years experience OR BS degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and Wi-Fi (802.11 basics).
- Experience or strong interest in testing, automation, and system validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with full development lifecycle including coding, testing, debugging, and automation in embedded wireless systems.
- Familiarity or exposure to wireless controllers, cloud-managed networking, and networking analysis tools like Wireshark is a plus.
- Capable of independently setting up lab environments and conducting comprehensive system validations.
