About This Role
- Develop high-quality web and mobile features spanning Finance Overview, Tasks, People, Settings, notifications, and suite-wide navigation.
- Build shared application platforms and public APIs to enable scalable, consistent Finance product development.
- Engineer foundational data experiences and secure, auditable controls like permissions, policies, and approvals across Finance products.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience at fast growing, top-tier product companies.
- Strong coding skills in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Expertise in data structures, algorithms, software design principles, system design, and distributed systems.
- Office presence required at least three days a week for employees living within a defined radius of a Rippling office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience simplifying complex financial workflows into intuitive user experiences within product teams.
- Strategic ability to contribute to AI-powered financial data understanding and task automation.
- Background in computer science from Tier 1 institution or demonstrable competitive coding/open source contributions indicating strong technical fundamentals.
