About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance including test case design, development, execution, defect management, and ensuring high product quality across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
- Lead QA strategy involving manual and automation testing, developing scalable automated test frameworks and collaborating with developers, product owners, and business partners onshore and offshore.
- Mentor QA team members on latest technologies and best practices; suggest and implement process improvements aligned with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of QA experience in test case design, development, and execution.
- Proficient in manual and automation testing tools including Selenium, SOAP/REST API testing, POSTMAN; programming skills in Java/JavaScript/Python and Object-Oriented Design.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments; knowledge of CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; experience with commercial cloud infrastructures (e.g., Azure, AWS).

- Experienced QA professional with proven leadership in managing cross-platform testing across web, desktop, and mobile environments in distributed/global teams.
- Strong software engineering skills with hands-on coding ability to build and maintain automated test suites and frameworks.
- Comfortable navigating dynamic and fast-changing environments with a focus on process improvements and quality assurance at scale.
