About This Role
- Lead design and evolution of a scalable Cypress.io automation framework covering Salesforce applications, Experience Cloud, web apps, and key business processes.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites (smoke, regression, integration, end-to-end, API) integrated into CI/CD pipelines with quality metrics to improve release confidence and reduce manual testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance testability, troubleshoot issues, mentor engineers, and drive continuous test automation improvements enterprise-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years software quality engineering and test automation experience, including 3+ years testing Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Cypress.io automation using JavaScript/TypeScript, including framework design and scalability.
- Location requirement: India with hybrid work model (work from Bangalore office 20 days per quarter).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise-grade Cypress test automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong domain expertise in Salesforce ecosystem including Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, LWC, Apex, and integrations.
- Experienced in defining quality engineering strategies, leading cross-team initiatives, mentoring and collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
