About This Role
- Lead QA efforts with test planning, automation, and collaboration to ensure high application quality.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases covering functional, integration, regression, UI, and API tests.
- Own test deliverables for specific modules, including defining and enforcing testing standards, and supporting CI/CD pipeline integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA and test automation, with Java programming skills.
- Proficiency in REST API automation using RestAssured, TestNG, Maven; UI automation using Selenium; and manual testing.
- Experience with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, AWS Glue), databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD tools, and test management tools; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end quality assurance for cloud-native applications with strong automation expertise in Java-based frameworks.
- Capable of leading test planning, defining quality standards, and driving automation adoption within teams or sub-teams.
- Comfortable working with complex integration points including APIs, databases, and AWS services, with demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve defects.
