About This Role
- Owns end-to-end management and delivery of batch processing solutions impacting customer experience and process optimization across global teams.
- Accountable for team performance including hiring, talent development, coaching, and retention for a large group of system designers, coders, analysts, and solution consultants.
- Leads modernization initiatives, process improvements, and automation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget implementations while liaising between business units and presenting solutions to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in batch process management and solution delivery.
- Proven experience managing large technical teams including performance management and coaching.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Python; experience handling large migration programs.
- Hybrid work model requiring minimum two days a week onsite at a TransUnion office; ability to support US business hours as per requirements.
