About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and production-ready solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, user interfaces, and enterprise knowledge retrieval solutions with strong focus on performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions and contribute to reusable frameworks and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask; front-end experience with React, Next.js, or Streamlit.
- Experience working with Generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, and leading AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced AI engineer with deep hands-on expertise in Generative AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and orchestration.
- Strong software engineering and cloud platform skills (Azure, AWS, GCP) combined with knowledge of containerization and CI/CD.
- Able to integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and adhere to AI governance, responsible AI, and quality evaluation best practices.
