About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop backend services, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces for AI solutions including semantic search and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while optimizing AI applications for quality, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks for API development.
- Experience with one or more GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in generative AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and agentic AI.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker with knowledge of CI/CD practices.
- Skilled in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and knowledge of AI evaluation, observability tools, and responsible AI governance.
