About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG architectures, multi-agent systems, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces incorporating foundation AI models and services from leading platforms like Azure OpenAI and Google Vertex AI.
- Optimize AI applications for quality, performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and contribute to reusable engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in AI engineering or related roles.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Python and development experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in generative AI implementations including prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases with hands-on knowledge of GenAI frameworks.
- Skilled in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs, demonstrating strong software engineering and cloud-native development practices.
- Capable of optimizing AI solutions for enterprise use with emphasis on scalability, quality, and compliance to AI governance and responsible AI frameworks.
