About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and prototypes using LLMs, RAG architectures, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build backend services, APIs, integrations, and user interfaces for AI solutions while optimizing for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices in AI engineering.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree required.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with API frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with Generative AI technologies including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar, plus cloud platforms like Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building enterprise-grade AI applications integrating foundation models and cloud AI services.
- Skilled at working with multi-agent AI systems, vector databases, semantic search, and integration frameworks (MCP).
- Comfortable operating across software engineering, cloud-native development, and AI governance/responsible AI practices.
