About This Role
- Translate business problems into AI solutions natively within Snowflake, handling everything from feature engineering to live deployment.
- Build and evaluate machine learning models using Snowflake's ML Functions, Snowpark ML, and Cortex AI capabilities.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to present AI solution findings and contribute to the full AI project lifecycle including evaluation and iteration.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy) and SQL, including complex analytical queries.
- Experience building and rigorously evaluating classification or regression models; familiarity with NLP, document extraction, recommendation systems, or anomaly detection.
- Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in relevant roles; Location: India (Pune, Bangalore, or Remote India).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying AI/ML solutions directly within data platforms, preferably with Snowflake and its AI-native tools.
- Comfortable handling complex, messy real-world datasets and building evaluation frameworks beyond simple accuracy measures.
- Capable of engaging directly with business stakeholders to translate technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
