About This Role
- Lead and manage an analytics team to drive business growth and outcomes through data-informed decision-making in financial services.
- Own end-to-end analytics function including team structure, hiring, capability building, and problem-solving standards.
- Partner with business and product leaders to translate complex challenges into analytical problem statements and influence product strategy and roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of analytics experience with at least 2 years in Product Analytics and team management experience.
- Proficiency in SQL for large-scale data handling and complex analyses.
- Experience in data modeling and managing ETL processes at scale.
- Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services domain.
