About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for the assigned pod area, from problem identification to presenting insights, potentially to CEO level.
- Define and monitor critical metrics, analyze performance trends, and influence data-driven business interventions.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate business problems into analytical questions and deliver insights to improve pod performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of analytics experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and consolidating data from multiple sources.
- Strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Basic understanding of data-analysis languages like R or Python and core statistical concepts.
