About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for the assigned pod area, including problem identification and presenting insights up to CEO level.
- Define and monitor critical business metrics; analyze performance trends and influence operational interventions.
- Serve as analytics and visualization SME, designing dashboards and mentoring analysts, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years overall analytics experience with at least 1 year in lending domain.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Working knowledge of R or Python and core statistical concepts.
