About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support from identifying business problems to presenting insights, potentially to CEO level.
- Define and monitor critical metrics, influence interventions based on performance data within the product pod strategy.
- Serve as analytics and visualization SME, design dashboards for easy data consumption, and mentor other analysts including involvement in hiring and onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience in relevant roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data consolidation.
- Strong skills in Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Familiarity with data analysis languages (R, Python) and core statistical concepts.
