About This Role
- Own end-to-end BI architecture including data ingestion, transformation, semantic modeling, visualization, performance optimization, and stakeholder enablement.
- Serve as technical authority and solution architect guiding BI design decisions and enforcing best practices.
- Collaborate closely with business, data engineering, and cloud teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performance Power BI and Azure-integrated analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Platforms with enterprise-scale BI modernization.
- Deep expertise in Power BI, advanced DAX, SQL, SSIS, and integration with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data, Analytics, or related field.
- Experience with additional BI tools like Tableau, Looker, and exposure to AI-enabled BI use cases preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in large-scale BI transformation programs and semantic layer ownership.
- Experienced in coaching teams and driving BI practice growth through IP creation and thought leadership.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities across distributed global teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
