About This Role
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on Invoice-to-Pay (ITP) processes within the Global Finance Services division.
- Develop and execute roadmaps for process optimization, digitalization, and standardization across stakeholder teams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze business goals, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions with measurable results.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 15 years overall work experience; preferred 2-3 years consultancy experience.
- MSc/MBA in scientific or business discipline plus accounting certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of invoice processing, supplier inquiry/helpdesk design, remittance issuance, dispute management, and ITP process mechanics.
- Must work 5 days a week from office location in Whitefield, Bangalore-KA, India.

- Experienced in program and project management within finance transformation and IT contexts.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations without formal authority to deliver business results and drive change.
- Proficient in continuous improvement methodologies with experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional process standardization.
