About This Role
- Owns and prioritizes the product backlog for large, complex, high-value projects, ensuring alignment with business value.
- Acts as key decision-maker for product features, release dates, and content, conveying vision and goals to the scrum team.
- Engages with stakeholders and customers, participates in Scrum ceremonies, and inspects sprint progress to accept or reject deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years overall experience with 5+ years as a product manager and 5+ years leading a technical team managing multiple projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance required.
- Experience with Agile software tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally) and knowledge of SDLC.
