About This Role
- Develop, integrate, and optimize AI Assistants and agent-based solutions enabling natural language interaction for business workflows.
- Implement and enhance AI pipelines including document ingestion, metadata extraction, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector database usage for enterprise knowledge management.
- Support production deployment including security, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI-driven manufacturing and supply chain digital platform solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in AI, ML, or quantitative analysis (or Master’s degree with 2-3 years experience).
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, Semantic Kernel), RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI Assistant development.
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week; Visa sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable AI conversational agents integrated with enterprise data and workflows in manufacturing or industrial domains.
- Proficient in Python with deep ML skills including model training, fine-tuning, and application of supervised or reinforcement learning.
- Capable of bridging product, engineering, and domain knowledge to deliver production-ready AI solutions with strong focus on observability, security, and governance.
