About This Role
- Lead multiple engineering teams delivering high-quality, scalable core platform functionality for telematics.
- Own end-to-end delivery including sprint execution, backlog prioritization, and release planning with engineering metrics.
- Drive engineering excellence, platform adoption, quality standards, and cross-team coordination in alignment with architecture and product roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2+ years software engineering experience focused on backend technologies.
- 3-6+ years managing engineering teams with proven delivery of large-scale products.
- Strong expertise in Java, AWS, backend architecture, and scalable systems.
- Onsite work required five days a week; relocation available.

- Comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels driving engineering execution and cross-functional collaboration.
