About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across the enterprise using core components like Agentforce, Data 360, and Experience Cloud.
- Support end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver incremental value, manage work via JIRA, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines ensuring deployment reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience focusing on Sales and/or Service Cloud core components.
- Proven ability to deliver across full Salesforce development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and support.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities: Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative tools, and Salesforce security features including profiles and permissions.
- Experience or willingness to learn Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, Tableau, SOAP/REST API integrations, and Agile (SAFe) development.

- Strong collaborator capable of working with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders in an agile environment.
