About This Role
- Contribute to application systems analysis and programming activities, including identifying and defining system enhancements using scripting and code analysis.
- Consult with users and technology groups to recommend programming solutions and support customer-facing systems.
- Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities, conduct testing and debugging, and serve as advisor or coach to junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services and Applications Development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Work Experience Required: 2-5 years in Financial Services Applications Development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Intermediate level Applications Developer with ability to operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
- Experience acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advising senior stakeholders and team members.
- Comfortable managing risk and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
