About This Role
- Lead the architecture vision and execution for complex IT systems ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Develop technology roadmaps and recommend business strategies based on emerging technologies and innovations.
- Provide technical leadership by designing system components, translating complex business needs into technical solutions, and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in IT architecture, with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Couchbase, Redis, Kafka, and Kubernetes.
- Proven experience designing and modernizing applications using microservices architecture and API design, development, and security.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Master's degree is a plus).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in greenfield application design and modernization within a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Familiarity with containerized application deployment and microservices, particularly Kubernetes expertise.
- Preferably has domain knowledge or experience in financial services to align solutions with industry standards and compliance requirements.
