About This Role
- Lead and execute alternative asset class development programs, primarily in Private Equity and PE Fund of Funds.
- Manage program governance including compliance, risk, audit, and reporting for alternative product initiatives.
- Act as product owner or business analyst in agile development, coordinating across business, technology, and global teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the alternatives industry.
- Experience with AI process solutions and familiarity with SDLC, Jira, Clarity or similar development tools.
- Experience presenting project status and strategy to senior management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in alternative asset classes, especially Private Equity and PE Fund of Funds.
- Proven ability to lead complex business transformation and technology development projects in financial services.
- Comfortable working across global teams and interfacing with senior stakeholders to drive project success.
