About This Role
- Lead and execute alternative investment product development programs primarily focused on Private Credit, collaborating with client-facing, product, global delivery, and technology teams.
- Manage program governance including compliance, risk, audit, and status reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Serve as product owner or business analyst in agile development, handling prioritization, requirements, testing, and implementation of new capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Alternatives industry, especially Private Credit.
- Experience in AI process solution implementation and proficiency with SDLC and tools like Jira and Clarity.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum of 5-8 years within Alternative industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex business transformation and technology development within alternative asset classes, particularly Private Credit.
- Strong program/project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and changing client requirements independently.
- Capable of engaging senior management through clear communication, data-driven insights, and governance oversight.
