About This Role
- Lead implementation of Data and AI initiatives across Alternatives development programs ensuring alignment with business and technology teams.
- Manage project governance including compliance, risk, audit items, and automated program reporting for senior management.
- Act as product owner or business analyst in agile development cycles including requirement prioritization, status tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Alternatives industry with knowledge of AI solutions implementation.
- Experience with SDLC, Jira, Clarity, and development lifecycle tools.
- Experience presenting project status and strategic updates to senior management.

- Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex AI and technology projects with shifting client requirements.
- Strong expertise combining Data & AI with Alternatives business domain and financial services context.
- Effective communicator skilled at distilling complex technical/business information into actionable insights for senior leadership.
