About This Role
- Prepare and resolve cash, position, and market value reconciliations including break resolutions and adjustments in accounting systems.
- Independently price investment positions daily and monthly, review P&L, and ensure accuracy of hedge fund accounting including accruals and balance sheet tie backs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, support automation projects, and coordinate global procedure changes while facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Hedge Fund or Mutual Fund reconciliation and break resolution within investment management or finance-related firms.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, MBA Finance, or professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFAM.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions; knowledge of Calypso/Paxus/Enfusion is an advantage.
- Experience with hedge fund accounting, including booking accruals, P&L validation, and balance sheet reconciliation.

- Experienced in hedge fund administration with strong focus on reconciliation accuracy and break resolution within investment or finance sectors.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client communications for daily reporting and query resolution.
- Capable of independently handling pricing, accounting reviews, and leading process improvements or automation initiatives.
