About This Role
- Own configuration, optimization, and support of the VisiQuate Revenue Cycle Analytics and Workflow platform for Revenue Cycle Management stakeholders.
- Manage dashboards, KPIs, reports, user access, platform configurations, and data validation to ensure operational efficiency and analytics accuracy.
- Coordinate release and change management, provide Tier 1/2 user support, training, and act as liaison between Revenue Cycle teams, IT, and the Visiquate vendor.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications, especially analytics, reporting, or workflow platforms.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management processes and experience working directly with business stakeholders.
- Onsite work required in Vadodara 5 days/week, MID SHIFT (5:30 PM-1:30 AM IST); remote applicants not considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced platform administrator familiar with Revenue Cycle Management analytics and workflow systems, ideally with VisiQuate or similar platforms.
- Skilled in working closely with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical configurations.
- Able to manage vendor relationships and coordinate Agile delivery and structured change management processes.
