About This Role
- Develop, automate, and manage cloud platform infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and terraform to enable repeatable provisioning and self-service for consuming teams.
- Engineer platform reliability by defining SLOs, enhancing observability, automating toil reduction, and leading incident response with permanent fixes.
- Mentor and lead engineers (including partners), uphold engineering standards and quality, integrate partner components, and contribute technical backlog for cloud-native platform services across Azure and GCP.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure or software engineering with at least 2 years as a senior technical lead.
- Hands-on proficiency with Cloud PaaS and Serverless technologies on Azure and GCP, including Terraform, Python, Ansible, JSON, and PowerShell scripting.
- Practical expertise in infrastructure-as-code applied to production environments and experience with CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, and AI-assisted engineering tools.
- Degree in a technology or engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience; relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications desirable.

- Senior technical operator comfortable leading platform engineering with hands-on expertise in cloud-native services and automation-first, secure-by-default infrastructure.
- Experienced in building self-service platforms adopted independently by consumer teams with a customer-focused mindset toward reducing platform friction.
- Skilled in integrating and assuring cloud and managed-service partner components while maintaining high code and engineering standards in a complex, multi-cloud environment.
