About This Role
- Support global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives by analyzing, documenting, and delivering IT solutions within the PLM ecosystem.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications including user stories and process flows; collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Participate in Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, requirement clarification, and support user acceptance testing and documentation maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise IT solutions.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms such as Windchill, ThingWorx, or similar is mandatory.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is required.

- Experienced in working with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT in a global setting.
- Skilled at analyzing and improving PLM processes and understanding system integrations involving enterprise applications.
- Strong in translating complex technical and business requirements into clear functional documentation to support system enhancements and delivery.
