About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions aligned with client and platform requirements, owning the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
- Act as trusted technical advisor to clients, translating business needs into technical designs, leading workshops, and ensuring smooth implementation and transition to production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Architecture teams for alignment and continuous improvement; provide mentorship to junior staff.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9+ years experience in software engineering or technical consulting, ideally in SaaS or banking technology.
- Strong expertise with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Apache Kafka, PostgreSQL; knowledge of cloud (Azure preferred), CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Experience with banking systems/data-integration frameworks in enterprise financial services and Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, TDD/BDD).
- Proven client-facing experience managing technical discussions and troubleshooting complex distributed systems in production environments.
