About This Role
- Design and deliver customized financial technology solutions by collaborating with technical and business teams, focusing on PhonePe product integrations.
- Own merchant account integration phases, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer success with PhonePe APIs and services.
- Define and monitor developer experience metrics, processes, and standards to enhance integration quality and sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of techno-functional experience involving collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Background in software development in one or more programming languages, preferably PHP, Java, or .Net.
- Proficiency in REST APIs using JSON, and experience with tools like SOAP UI or Postman.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant techno-functional roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in supporting and troubleshooting merchant integrations, preferably with payment modules or fintech products.
- Capable of cross-functional collaboration, influencing product managers and multiple teams for overall developer and merchant experience improvements.
- Practical understanding of API design, integration processes, and developer experience enhancement in a fast-paced technology environment.
