About This Role
- Own analytics support for a designated area end-to-end, from problem identification to presenting insights to senior leadership including the CEO.
- Define and monitor critical business metrics for the pod, driving performance interventions based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to translate problems into analytical statements, generate insights through deep analysis, and influence decisions with data-driven evidence; act as analytics and visualization SME and mentor junior analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of analytics experience in relevant roles.
- Strong SQL skills to write complex queries and consolidate multiple data sources for dashboarding and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Understanding of data-analysis languages (R, Python) and core statistical concepts; ML experience is good-to-have but not mandatory.

- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong business curiosity and ability to think like a business owner while validating hypotheses with data.
- Experienced in handling big data sources and creating consumable dashboards to facilitate team decision-making.
