About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for lending domain metrics, from problem identification to presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Define and monitor critical performance metrics for the pod, influencing business and product interventions based on data analysis.
- Lead insight generation and visualization, acting as SME for dashboards, while mentoring analysts and contributing to hiring and onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years overall analytics experience including minimum 1 year in lending domain.
- Proficient in SQL for complex data querying and consolidation from multiple sources.
- Strong skills in Excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Familiarity with data analysis languages like R or Python and core statistical concepts.

- Experienced in lending analytics with proven ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and actionable insights.
- Comfortable owning business metrics and combining data analysis with strategic thinking to improve product outcomes.
