About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Workday HR integration solutions including design, build, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Define and maintain technical interface specifications, data transformations, and process designs aligned with system dependencies.
- Lead integration risk management, release impact analysis, and mentor junior team members in integration development and ongoing maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Workday integrations or HR/Payroll SaaS integration delivery.
- Hands-on experience (5-6 years) with Workday Studio, Orchestration, APIs, and related Workday integration tools (PECI, Core Connector, EIB).
- Proficiency with web services and integration/security technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, PGP, and SAML.
- Experience in producing requirements, functional/technical specifications, interface designs, and supporting testing cycles including unit, system, and UAT.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle Workday integration development and capable of independently managing integration delivery under project constraints.
- Skilled at technical impact assessment, design trade-offs, and release/regression testing for Workday environments.
- Effective in knowledge transfer and coaching, with ability to communicate clearly across technical teams and senior stakeholders.
