About This Role
- Own and lead the end-to-end front-end architecture for internal and partner-facing data tooling including dashboards, portals, and admin consoles in Global Data Foundation.
- Drive UI engineering standards across performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 Level AA), testing, and code quality while mentoring senior engineers.
- Resolve complex UI cross-team dependencies and represent UI engineering in architecture and design reviews, ensuring scalable, maintainable front-end systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of professional front-end/UI engineering experience with large-scale production web applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern component frameworks (React strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading UI architecture decisions and aligning multiple teams/stakeholders in complex environments without direct authority.
- Proven mentor of senior/staff engineers, skilled at raising team engineering standards particularly in front-end systems.
- Background or interest in data-centric UI tooling for large-scale platforms, with knowledge of design systems, micro-frontends, and accessibility as a core design constraint.
