About This Role
- Lead architecture, detailed design, and feature development for C++ embedded systems including debugging and defect resolution.
- Drive adherence to Software Development Framework (SDF) and Agile processes ensuring quality, defect management, and release discipline.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, controls, sensors, hardware teams, and global leadership to improve embedded software products.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of software development experience in embedded systems.
- Strong hands-on C++ experience and embedded Linux development skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Must work onsite full-time (5 days a week).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven technical leadership in C++ embedded software with ability to mentor and drive technical decisions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-site, cross-functional teams in an industrial or machine control domain.
- Strong understanding of embedded concurrency, performance, sensors (GNSS, IMU, laser), and software quality/compliance requirements.
