About This Role
- Oversee and manage daily operations of soft services including cleaning, catering, security, reception, mailroom, and waste management ensuring service quality and SLA compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement activities for soft services, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance improvement.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial management related to soft services, monitor expenses, and produce operational performance reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in facilities management with a focus on soft services.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS systems and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Location: On-site – Gurugram, Haryana. Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing multiple service contracts and vendor relationships in commercial real estate or corporate facilities environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate across service providers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Comfortable with operational responsibilities including site inspections, compliance audits, and financial management within a facilities management context.
