About This Role
- Lead development and delivery of critical Python-based applications and frameworks from inception to production, ensuring scalable and secure solutions.
- Conduct full software development lifecycle activities including feasibility analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, act as SME, and collaborate with stakeholders on advanced programming solutions and architectural decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in applications development or systems analysis with a significant focus on Python technologies.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python including frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, and hands-on experience with related ecosystems such as RESTful APIs, databases, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Demonstrated experience leading complex software projects with technical leadership responsibilities including code reviews and mentoring.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant application development roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software architecture principles with capability to design distributed and microservices-based systems in Python.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML tools and generative AI applications integrated with Python development workflows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, stakeholder communication, and juggling multiple priorities in large enterprise or fintech environments.
