About This Role
- Configure, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IBM Maximo solutions across key modules such as Work Order, Asset, Location, and Purchasing in a GxP-regulated environment.
- Support and develop integrations using Maximo Integration Framework with SAP, middleware, and other enterprise applications including API management and troubleshooting integration failures.
- Provide technical and functional support including incident investigation, Agile delivery participation, documentation, testing, validation, controlled deployment, and production monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in application configuration, development, integration, testing, or production support, specifically with IBM Maximo.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo configuration (Application Designer, Database Configuration), Automation Scripting (Python/Jython), workflow configuration, security configuration, and Maximo Integration Framework.
- Experience or knowledge of working in GxP-regulated or validated application environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Agile or Scrum delivery teams with a strong understanding of requirements management, testing, and validation in regulated environments.
- Proven capability to handle cross-functional collaboration with product owners, QA, infrastructure, integration, and support teams in global or distributed settings.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills with adaptability toward cross-skilling in new technologies such as AI, data analytics, cloud, or SAP integrations.
