About This Role
- Ensure daily delivery of accurate investment portfolio status updates to clients by reconciling data from external sources with internal systems.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies within the reconciliation system, collaborating with mentors and experts when needed.
- Maintain relationships with data providers, clients, and internal stakeholders; provide feedback to product teams on internal projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance-related or analytical field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or finance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, VBA preferred.
- Basic understanding of investment, financial, and accounting concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in securities or financial markets with knowledge of GAAP/IFRS as an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple deadlines and proficient in using internal reconciliation tools and processes.
