About This Role
- Lead functional delivery and governance for Trader Mandate & Booking Model (TMBM) platform with end-to-end accountability.
- Define and drive target-state architecture and modernization initiatives using Generative AI technologies like vector embeddings, LangGraph, and RAG within the ISG Cross Division Governance portfolio.
- Provide technology leadership across teams, establishing engineering standards, and ensuring platform scalability, compliance, and operational resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading large-scale technology organizations in Financial Services, Capital Markets, Risk Technology, or Front Office Technology.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models, vector embeddings, vector databases, RAG architectures, LangGraph, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in regulated environments focusing on governance, controls, risk management, and operational resilience.
