About This Role
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of procurement change initiatives, ensuring projects meet business objectives and governance standards.
- Lead and support the Procurement Change Delivery team, working collaboratively with Procurement Systems and Tooling teams and stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop and execute project plans, business cases, stakeholder management, and change impact assessments to embed new processes and technology effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Procurement domain including knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, contract management, purchase to pay, and related processes.
- 8+ years of experience delivering change initiatives and projects within Procurement or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA and/or B-Tech graduate).
- Experience with Procurement technology solutions such as ProcessUnity, Oracle Fusion, Contract Management systems, and developing solutions using MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex change projects end-to-end within global procurement functions involving multiple stakeholders and technology teams.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to develop and improve Procurement change management tools using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Capable of operational leadership, including mentoring junior team members and driving continuous improvement in Procurement change management frameworks.
