About This Role
- Design, build, and assess AI-driven solutions to improve developer productivity and engineering efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
- Serve as Application Security SME for AI-enabled development, embedding security controls and defining secure code generation approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop AI agents, integrate security tools, and influence enterprise AI strategy for secure software development.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software or security engineering experience; 3+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solution development in enterprise environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI), AI agent frameworks, RAG architectures, and developer tools integration.
- Prior experience in Application Security, Product Security, DevSecOps, and Secure SDLC practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building AI capabilities for developer workflows with strong focus on security integration and automation.
- Able to navigate complex cross-functional environments including Engineering, Product Security, DevOps, and Platform teams.
- Deep understanding of both modern AI technologies and security tools/methodologies to drive secure software development lifecycle improvements.
