About This Role
- Perform and manage daily GR-IR account reconciliations using SAP and Blackline, ensuring timely resolution and compliance.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reports, and acting as primary contact for auditors.
- Lead process improvement initiatives including policy implementation and root cause analysis for discrepancies in inventory and cost accounting.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (CA, CMA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) with a bachelor's degree in commerce.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger reconciliation with strong technical accounting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (including basic Macros), Blackline, Microsoft Office, and working knowledge of SAP FICO.
- Familiarity with US GAAP, IFRS, and compliance with internal controls; role based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid work model).
