About This Role
- Lead project management of business unit services ensuring alignment with business needs and operational execution of Haleon's eCommerce strategies.
- Identify and implement simplifications and enhancements in end-to-end processes to improve customer experience and benchmark against competitors.
- Communicate vision and prioritize objectives cross-functionally while managing vendor relationships and driving business process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience managing vendor relations.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years of project management experience or equivalent as per the role description.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving operational execution with consumer-first and eCommerce focus within a commercial or business operations environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to drive process improvements and value unlocking at pace.
- Comfortable leading change initiatives including automation and development of new solutions to meet evolving business and customer needs.
